The INNtex Innovation Netzwerk Textile GmbH is the idea giver and coordinator for from the Federal Ministry for Economic and Energy promoted R&D cooperation project of 3 small and medium sized enterprises. The target was to be connected technical textiles with embroidered high-quality design and find new fields of application. The companies Norafin Industries (Germany) GmbH, Mildenau/Germany, Otto Dotzauer KG Spitzen & Stickereien, Auerbach/Ger-many, and Textilausrüstung Pfand GmbH, Lengenfeld/Germany, have successfully developed an ecological wallpaper and wallcovering based on flax fibers.
