Both the appearance and functions, warp-knitted spacer textiles can be modified extensively. The features that can be varied during the design process are the cover faces, the open-pored constructions, which may also be fine meshes, and the pile yarns in-between with their different lengths and laying angles. Different yarns also produce different characteristics.
