On a Monday morning June 28, 2005, over 200 people gathered to learn how five academic librarians led the development of an institutional repository (IR) at their university. Presenters included Susan Gibbons, Assistant Dean for Public services and Collection Development at the University of Rochester River Campus Libraries; Catherine Jannik, Digital Initiatives Manager of the Georgia Institute of Technology Library and Information Center; Marcy E. Rosenkrantz, Director of Library Systems in the Cornell University Library's division of Digital Library and Information Technologies; Jeanne Shuttleworth, Head of Electronic Acquisitions at the University of Pennsylvania Library; and Robert MacDonald, Assistant Director of Libraries at Florida State University.
