Do we still need indexers and indexes in the digital age? Yes, Fetters points out that we still need indexers, but not as many as before and they have to be very tech savvy. This edition is completely updated and contains an entire chapter that includes all you need to know about indexing e-books. There is an interesting section on taxonomies and folksonomies, and the author discusses the advantages, disadvantages, and compatibility of various indexing programs.
