摘要

The LITA/ALCTS Authority Control Interest Group (ACIG) convened four speakers to discuss current issues related to authority control. Topics included updates from the Library of Congress, BIBFRAME authorities, authority control in a non-MARC environment, and determining copyright through information found in authority records. Each presentation was followed by a Q&A and a business meeting was conducted after the presentations. Presenters were introduced by Christina L. Hennessey, Loyola Marymount University, current chair of ACIG.
