Webbing Cyberfeminist Practice is a collection of theoretical works and case studies that analyze the "'alliance' or 'connection' between women and technology" (p. 235). Whereas the approaches and theoretical underpinnings of each chapter reflect the interdisciplinary collective of the contributors, the collection reflects the gendered reality of technology design shaped by the worldviews and assumptions of software engineers and programmers, a majority of which are male.
