There are certain situations where insecticide dusts work better than other formulations. Dusts are a good choice in sites where you need long-lasting control. They can remain effective for many months when applied in sites (like wall voids) where they remain undisturbed.rnDusts also penetrate better into some hard-to-reach areas than do sprays and they cling well to surfaces. Drift can be a negative factor, though. Don't use dusts where they could drift into nontarget areas or spread into areas like suspended ceilings where they can sift onto surfaces below.
