Sometimes, a particular kind of beetle will be found causing damage in a most unlikely place. Beetle larvae are especially notorious because they have strong jaws and often bore into wood and other objects not related to their food source looking for a place to pupate or escape undesirable conditions. These are some of the places where you can find beetle damage when beetles infest sites outside of their normal habitat.
