摘要

The Editor and Publisher of Team Performance Management extend their congratulations to Dr Martin McCracken on his recent appointment as Editor of Education + Training. We would like to thank Dr McCracken for all of his work as co-Editor on 7PM in the last four years. During his co-Editorship with Dr Fiona Lettice he has improved the rigour of the journal's review process and raised its international profile.
