If you're a dewy debutante, fashionably late is, well, fashionable. If you're a product that's overstepping a preannounced availability date, then fashionably late is, well, late. In past tele.com issues, availability dates of products and services were faithfully printed. A spot check of promises made in the past six months shows that most suppliers have been as good as their word, but some have fallen behind their own timetables (see "Rollout Report Card").
