In response to increasing energy prices and ever increasing cost pressures facing the food sector, Dawsonrentals technical team have been working with their suppliers to produce improved energy efficient equipment. Testing has been completed on a new Blast Freezer design and feedback received from potential clients who have viewed the unit at our Sutton-in-Ashfield site has been excellent. Testing in the field has yet to be completed although the new Sigma holding unit has been field tested at -25C° in a foodservice environment with good results and energy readings as below.
