Question: How did you get into the temperature controlled distribution sector and what is your role within Eskimo Express? Answer: We had already successfully run Connections Courier Services and Air Connections Worldwide for many years and we began receiving enquires to deliver temperature controlled samples in the UK. One of our first enquires was from an existing client, a well known yoghurt manufacturer. They had previously been moving samples in their own cool boxes around the country in taxis which was not always successful, especially in the summer months. They approached us to see if we could provide a temperature controlled van to take some samples to Paris and we purchased a small chiller van to see if there was a market for this and the rest is history.
