Schmitz Cargobull telematics seals deal for Lancashire Logistics reefer order

Lancashire Logistics is looking at switching its entire fleet to Schmitz Cargobull's trailer telematics after being impressed by the system's capabilities following the acquisition of six new reefers. The refrigerated transport specialist has taken on six of Schmitz Cargobull's EXECUTIVE refrigerated trailers pre-equipped with the manufacturer's telematics system and its own in-house developed refrigeration unit. Fleet Engineer Peter Calow says once the new trailers deliver on their promise of improved efficiency, the firm's remaining 27 reefers will be retrofitted with Schmitz Cargobull's technology.
