In-Place HEPA Filter Testing

摘要

Anew installation of HEPA filter ceiling modules in a cleanroom project had to be tested. The purpose of the testing was to certify the integrity of the filtration system with all the designed components installed. All tests were performed following the protocols outlined in the applicable IEST (Institute of Environmental Sciences and Technology) standards.
