THE PROBLEM-ORIENTED DATABASE IDEN FOR SUPPORTING THE MULTISTAGE IDENTIFICATION PROCESS

The problem-oriented database IDEN is presented, this database being destined for supporting the multistage identification process. The logical structure and the physical organization of the database have been described as well as the cooperation of the multistage identification algorithms with the database. Theorems concerning memory occupancy for the hierarchical, network, and relational models have been demonstrated. Algorithms of the realization for a problem data manipulation language have been presented.
