The current Air Traffic Management (ATM) system in the United States supports a wide variety of users in providing a safe and efficient air transportation system. The ATM system must continue to respond to the changing needs of its users, which include commercial and business aviation, general aviation, military and government, international aviation and ATM, and aviation-related businesses.
