摘要

The ectomycorrhizal community structure in root systems 1-year old seedlings of Pinus sylvestris L. was studied. The plants grown in three soil water regimes: 1-dry regime (non-watered), 2 - optimum regime (watered according to the nursery routine), 3 - wet regime (watered like treatment 2 but using additional dose of water once a week0. In this experiment, the highest percentage of ectomycorrhizal short roots and ectomycorrhizal diversity possessed seedlings, which grown in wet regime. In second experiment, seedlings grown in two soil water regimes: 1- dry regime (non-watered), 2 - optimum regime. In relation to percentage of ectomycorrhizal short roots results were similar to previous experiment, but higher ectomycorrhizal diversity was in dry regime.
