Shifting Gears in 2007

Every year has its highs and lows; sometimes changes happen quickly. More often, they happen so gradually that we hardly notice until we look back. With regard to fairly fast changes, I'm writing this from Berg, Switzerland, where I am visiting Alphasem — a company long known for technology, especially related to die handling.
