The ProtoLaser U is a flexible laser-based depaneling and routing system. Non-contact cutting with laser eliminates debris and mechanical stresses on PCBs and components, cuts intricate shapes, and provides higher accuracy than mechanical depaneling. The system's diode-pumped UV laser allows a cold ablation process and clean sidewalls.
