Gamesa has taken the strategic decision to enter the offshore wind power market through two possibilities; a joint venture with Germany's Bard Group or developing its own offshore wind turbine that will be ready in 2013.rnSpanish wind turbine manufacturer Gamesa has had a presence in Germany for seven years now. The Gamesa Wind GmbH team first managed its Central and Eastern Europe business from Hamburg and in 2004 moved to the Bavarian city of Aschaffenburg, where they focus on the German and Polish markets. Now, the Spanish parent company wants to enter the offshore business.
