We cannot explain why the difference between the values calculated by Nadarajah and us occurred. We can only assume thatrnthe difference may stem from the misunderstanding of distribution parameters.rnWe believe that our explanation through the comparison with naive estimate for all distributions and theoretical values for log-normal distribution shows that our values are correct.
