摘要

We consider the problems encountered in the production of cylindrical pressure vessels of minimum weight by using autofrettage. The level of hardening pressure is regarded as a random variable obeying the uniform distribution law. It is shown that the solution of the problem of the problem of optimal production strongly depends on the distinctive features of the process of manufacturing. The proposed method enables one to substantiate the choice of the safety margin of a product taking into account the distinctive features of the realization of an individual process of manufacturing.
