Analysis of failures of TK81/82/S02 valve actuators and recommendations concerning the possibility of elimination of breaks of valve spindles

We experimentally investigate the causes of failures of valve actuators and, on the basis of the accumulated experimental data, construct a scheme of the process leading to the fracture of valve rods. We also give some recommendations concerning the possibility of elimination of breaks of valve spindles.
