Decay property of stopped Markovian bulk-arriving queues with c-servers

This article concentrates on investigating decay properties of Markovian bulk-arriving queues with c-servers which stop immediately after hitting the state zero. The exact value of the decay parameter (C) for the case B-c(1) > 0 is first given. Then, by using the generating functions of the corresponding q-matrix, a test function F(s) is constructed. The exact value of the decay parameter (C) for the case B-c(1) 0 is then obtained according to the sign of F-lambda(s).
