Nevada Lawmakers Introduce Two Anti-Yucca Bills in US Congress

On March 5, members of the Nevada Congressional delegation, including Senators Catherine Cortez Masto and Jacky Rosen, and Representatives Steven Horsford and Susie Lee, all Democrats, re-introduced the Nuclear Waste Informed Consent Act in the US Senate and the US House of Representatives. Then on March 7, Senators Cortez Masto and Rosen, along with Representatives Horford, Lee, and Mark Amodei introduced the Jobs, Not Waste Act in both chambers of Congress.
