Sir, First, may I say how much I enjoyed reading the March 2005 issue of Spaceflight which featured not one but two articles on recent planetary missions: Huygens on Titan, and Spirit and Opportunity on Mars. It was almost like the 1970's again - the so called Golden Age of space exploration. Following the spectacular success of the ESA Huygens mission, we now know that Titan is a fascinating world in its own right. There is much to learn from this cryogenic moon: topography, geology, weather, chemistry - even bio-chemistry. A follow-up mission of some sort is clearly needed.
