1. Delivery of the GEO-1 spacecraft delayed from December 2010 to March 2011; the USAF still expects the spacecraft to be launched in 2011rn2. Third Generation Infrared Surveillance (3GIRS) program was terminated in the FY11 budgetrn3. USAF is requesting an FY11 budget for SBIRS High of $1.5 billion (including RDT&E, procurement, and advanced procurement).
