IBM pushes AFM to image molecular structure

Researchers at IBM in Zurich, Switzerland, have captured the "anatomy" of a molecule using noncontact atomic-force microscopyrn(AFM), peering through the surrounding electron cloud to capture images "with unprecedented resolution."
