CATION-EXCHANGERS FROM SHALE PHENOLS

摘要

Cation-exchangers were produced from shale phenols with an exchange capacity of 3.26-3.92 mg-equiv./g. Depending on the preparation conditions, cation-exchangers undergo changes to various extents upon irradiation. Up to a dose of 5.27 x 10~6 Gy the exchange capacity of all the cation-exchangers increases.
