Structure and Properties of Anthracites of Thermal Metamorphism

Anthracites of thermal metamorphism from different basins of Russia and the Ha-Tu coalfield of Vietnam are characterized, and data on their petrographic and chemical compositions, structure, and properties are presented. Alterations in the structure and properties of Ha-Tu anthracite during thermal treatment are described. Data on anthracite reserves are reported, and possible lines in their advanced use are discussed.
