Acceleration feedback active vibration control for seismic excited building structures with actuator saturation

This paper investigates an effective active vibration control (AVC) scheme for seismic excited building structures under actuator saturation. By integrating actuator saturation, an acceleration feedbackH∞AVC strategy is proposed. By regulating different sensor and actuator locations and numbers, the structural responses can be mitigated in different levels. Numerical example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
