The good news is the ACM DL page has changed. The bad news is the ACM DL page has changed. The new ACM SIGSOFT DL page only shows the Top 8 Most Downloaded/Cited Papers - and a whole lot of other interesting things - (aren't numbers great?) The format takes a bit getting use to, but it works. Furthermore, I suspect the algorithm may be off as last issues number one is now number 8
