ACM SIGSOFT International Workshop on Software-Intensive Business: Start-ups, Platforms, and Ecosystems

摘要

ACM SIGSOFT International Workshop on Software-intensive Business: Start-ups, Platforms and Ecosystems (IWSiB 2019) was hosted by ESEC/FSE 2019 and it was held in Tallinn in August 2019. The workshop was motivated by a preceding Dagstuhl Seminar 18182 in which the participants agreed on founding of a workshop series for promoting and advancing the research of software-intensive business. This workshop paid special attention on the four modern themes of software-intensive business: engineering for software business, software ecosystems, education and software business, and software as a service. This report briefly presents the insights from discussions, presented studies and keynotes. Software ecosystems, software platforms, software business, API economy, software product management, software engineering economics, value-based software engineering, software business models, software startups.
