This book is intended to provide a process for those interested in designing user interfaces. By user interface, the authors do not limit what is specifically meant by user interface. While most user interfaces are typically associated with computer related items, the topics are adaptable to any product where a customer will rely on how information displayed on a product or service is perceived by the user to help him or her in their goal to use the product or service to suit their needs.
