Letting Go of the Words: Writing Web Content that Works

From design to deployment, I have been involved in several web site projects. I am always interested in finding new ways to relay and express content to users on the web. The challenges faced when writing web content are much different than when writing content for a more static medium, such as books. I decided to read this book because of the author's extensive background on the subject and many positive reviews already written about the book. I had high expectations when I requested Letting Go of the Words and I am happy to say they were all met.
