摘要

Moisture-stable borazine-carbosilane polymers were synthesized by the platinum catalyzed hydrosilylation polymerization of B,B′B″-triethynyl-N,N′,N″-trimethylborazine and m- or p-bis (dimethylsilyl)benzene. As characterized by TGA, GPC, FT-IR, and NMR spectroscopy, these polymers were found to have excellent handling in air with no degradation, and high thermal stability under both nitrogen and air with a ceramic yield up to 70 wt% at 1000℃. These polymers facilitated the thermal forming processes for a variety of applications in non-oxide ceramics.
