Manitoba’s Clean Environment Commissionncompleted its review of Manitoba Hydro’snproposed Bipole III transmission line, recommendingnthat the utility be granted an environmentalnlicense for the project, which isnintended to deliver electricity from plannednhydroelectric facilities in the northeasternnpart of the province to the Winnipeg area innsouthern Manitoba and to U.S. customers.
