The new Gary Jet Center's west hangar in Gary, Ind., is an energy-efficient space using more than 74,000 square feet of insulated roof and wall panels.rnLocated at the Gary-Chicago International Airport, approximately 34,000 square feet of 2.5-inch Metl-Span CF-42 Mesa wall panels were used to clad the facility. This included the massive doors that measure 220 feet wide and 28 feet high.rnThe wall panels were finished in Regal Gray on the exterior with Igloo White on the interior. Approximately 40,000 square feet of 4-inch CFR-42 panels were used on the roof.
