Danfoss now full owner of Turbocor company

Danfoss has announced that it has gained full ownership of Danfoss Turbocor. The company has had a 50 percent owner's share since 2004. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Danfoss Turbocor develops and produces high-efficiency variable-speed compressors in the capacity range of 75-200 tons per unit, which are primarily used in very large commercial air-conditioning applications.
