摘要

Additive homomorphism is a significant property in EC-ElGamal and has wide applications such as multimedia encryption [1 ], secure e-Voting [2], secure data aggregation in wireless sensor network [3], cloud computing and related fields.Li et al.'s work [1] is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) with title "Research on perceptual information security theory and key problems for streaming media" (Project number: 60832010). Streaming media encryption is one of the research content. Encryption transparent to media processing is one of the encryption goals, which means the media processing operation could be performed directly on the encrypted media (image or video) and the decryption of the media operation on the ciphertext is the same as the media operation on the plaintext. Li et al.'s work [1 ] is independently proposed to solve this problem based on EC-ElGamal additive homomorphism, although there is some similarity to the recently searched work [2,3] in the presentation of additive homomorphism of EC-EIGamal which we have just recently become aware of. However, there exist some differences among them.
