摘要

In this paper, a simple and effective model for real-time high-frequency impedance monitoring of human body through magnetic coupling is proposed. The human body is considered as a parallel-connected network representing the conductivity and the permittivity of the human body. The real-time monitoring system consists of a single layer air-core inductor as a sensor, a sine wave generator, and a high-frequency current transducer. The technique provides an easy and straightforward method to determine the parameters of the skin at high frequencies in contrast with the existing measurement methods. In addition, the method does not require applying current to the skin directly; hence, it does not cause any damage to the skin for excessive usage. Therefore, it is more suitable for the applications that require continuous skin impedance monitoring. The method is tested for five different individuals; the results are in good agreement with the impedance behavior of the previously conducted researches. The proposed system has a great potential to determine the real-time high-frequency parameters of the human body.
