摘要

An expression describing the dependence of the phonon heat flux is obtained for an arbitrary degree of phonon dragging by electron-hole pairs. The distribution of the lattice temperature in a semiconductor plate is described for the case when one of the plate surfaces is illuminated by strongly absorbed light. It is shown that the heat flux direction coincides with the direction of the electron-hole stream, and the distribution of lattice temperature depends strongly on the surface heat conductivity.
