PEER REVIEW-EXPERIENCES AT NATIONAL AND EUROPEAN LEVEL

I intend to make a few comments about four well defined points in relation to peer review. The first one has to do with the fact that in my view evaluation in recent times has become a subject of research itself. My second point is that, in my view, peer review is still a second to none procedure to make a scientific evaluation, which is tantamount to saying evaluating quality in projects.
