UNIVERSITIES-ENGINES OF INNOVATION IN THE INFORMATION SOCIETY

摘要

I will try to organise my remarks around the institutional changes I see taking place outside of Europe. While characterising innovation in the United States and Australia I will talk a little bit about how these institutional changes are both driven by society around them, and from within the academy.
