With its powerful jaws and serrated teeth, Tyrannosaurus rex had fearsome tools for catching and eating prey. The lumbering carnivore also had some top-of-the-line sensory equipment, paleontologists reported here last month at the 65th annual meeting of the Society of Vertebrate Paleontology (SVP).
