Postdoctoral Associate AKAP Biology

摘要

Required: Experience in cell signaling including microscopy/imaging of autofluorescent proteins, siRNA techniques, overexpression techniques. The structure and function of A-kinase anchoring proteins (I.e., gravin and AKAP79) will be explored at the cellular level using molecular biological, proteomics, FRET/BRET, and imaging techniques. Preferred: Prior experience in cell signaling analyses, GFP-tagged molecule localization, and FRET/BRET and up to two years of full-time postdoctoral training.
