Japanese Proposal for A New World SGI Solution Forum 2001

Interest in the broadband telecommunications system is increasing from day to day. In some parts of the world, broadband network service at a rate of over 100 Mbps has already begun, and the age of high-speed broadband networks appears just around the corner. Against this backdrop, SGI Japan, Ltd. held four SGI Solution Forum 2001 conferences at the Westin Hotel in Ebisu, Tokyo, from February 20-28 this year. Thesernrnconferences were designed to introduce the various solutions proposed by SGI and several recent related examples. The forums introduced the activities conducted by SGI Japan, Ltd. particularly for broadband telecommunications and its business strategy, which attracted the great interest of all participants.
