Academy-industry links: New developments in science-industry Linkages in Poland

Using three recently established institutions, each a different example of academy-industry relations in Poland, this investigates the move towards a market economy. All these organi- sations are new, small and high- or medium- technology oriented. They all suffer from a lack of adequate support from local and central government. Will they survive? How will they evolve?
