Unfortunately almost all of this effort has been focused on securing technology, with little if any effort given to securing the human factor. As a result, the human is now the weakest link. Employees will happily click on almost any link, install any software, open any attachment or share any USB stick they find. The simplest way for cyber attackers to bypass your security and hack your organization is to target your employees. The only way you can secure your employees is with an effective security awareness program.
