In response to the Debate from the November issue: A White House order on cyber security would be a step in the right direction for safeguarding networks: The only issue I have in this whole debate is Liz [Wright, Lockheed Martini's comments on who knows business best. Yes, a business does, but a business cares more about image than security, and most corporations have proven time and time again that they refuse to let their customers know of security breaches unless they are obligated by a regulation to do so.
